Geoda Aquarium (“Geoda”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this online store for the sale of aquariums, aquarium equipment, accessories, filter media, water treatment products, lighting, pumps, heaters, monitors, and related aquarium products.

all deposits for made-to-order or preorder aquariums are non-refundable

once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled for a refund

5. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
For standard orders within West Malaysia, shipping is generally included in the product price unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may still apply in cases involving special handling, difficult access, rescheduling, double handling, or other non-standard delivery requirements.
For locations outside West Malaysia, including East Malaysia and overseas destinations, delivery is subject to manual quotation and approval.
Malaysia’s e-commerce regulations require disclosure of the full price including transportation and other costs, as well as the terms and conditions of sale and estimated delivery time.
6. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Geoda.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

For large, fragile, or bulky items such as aquariums, delivery may require special coordination and handling.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon receipt.
Any visible shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect item must be reported immediately and no later than within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, together with clear photo and video evidence.
Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
10. Returns, Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

we do not accept change-of-mind returns

made-to-order aquarium deposits are non-refundable

opened consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable

showroom, display, or demo units are final sale

return, exchange, store credit, or refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Geoda
Where an item is confirmed to be wrong, defective, or materially not as described, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
11. Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are suitable for their intended use, tank setup, livestock, environment, and technical requirements.
Geoda is not responsible for issues arising from:

failure to follow instructions

unsuitable aquarium conditions

incompatibility with third-party products, systems, or livestock

unauthorized modifications or repairs
Aquarium equipment and aquarium-related products should be used carefully and according to any instructions, warnings, or specifications provided.
12. Warranties and Limitations
Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, it is subject to that manufacturer’s terms, conditions, procedures, and limitations.
Unless otherwise required by law, Geoda does not make any guarantee that:

every product will meet every customer’s subjective expectations or intended purpose
