Killer Whale KUN Series Aquarium

The Killer Whale KUN Series is built around a clean, ultra-thin design with a strong focus on maximizing usable aquarium space without sacrificing strength, filtration performance, or accessibility.

Its cabinet uses a full aluminium laser-welded frame, paired with 6 mm solid aerospace-aluminium front doors and 2 mm solid aluminium panels across the top, bottom, sides, and back. The result is a slim, modern cabinet profile that feels much more refined than conventional bulky aquarium cabinetry.

The main tank uses 15 mm Jinjing Ultra Clear Glass, with precision-finished edges for a clearer, cleaner viewing experience. The KUN Series also features an ultra-thin tank frame design to help maximize the internal dimensions of the aquarium.

Filtration is handled by a large sump system with 6 polycarbonate wet/dry separation drawers, allowing mechanical waste to be captured before water moves through the biological filtration section. Depending on the model, the system also includes a 130–220 L integrated water reservoir.

For finer control, KUN uses TY piping, premium valves, and Killer Whale’s geared micro-adjustment valve, which allows more precise control of overflow water level and helps reduce water-flow noise.

Inside the cabinet, active ventilation fans help remove warm, humid air produced by the sump and equipment. A dedicated electrical compartment keeps controllers and wiring more organized and separated from the main filtration area.

The KUN Series also comes with quick-release hinges, removable cabinet doors for easier maintenance, and a lock-in anti-jump lid that stays secured to the aquarium frame while still allowing sliding access for feeding and servicing.
